Hoekcontactkogellagers zijn ontworpen met loopvlakken op de binnen- en buitenringen die ten opzichte van elkaar verschoven zijn langs de lageras. Deze configuratie maakt het mogelijk dat het lager gelijktijdig gecombineerde radiale en axiale belastingen kan opnemen. Door verschillende contacthoeken te selecteren, kan het lager worden geoptimaliseerd voor specifieke bedrijfsomstandigheden, waardoor een groter axiale belastingsvermogen en stabiele prestaties bij hogere rotatiesnelheden worden verkregen.
Deze lagers worden veel gebruikt in autosystemen, elektromotoren, pompen, werktuigmachines, landbouwmachines en andere industriële apparatuur waar zowel precisie als draagvermogen vereist zijn. Afhankelijk van de toepassingsvereisten kunnen hoekcontactkogellagers worden geleverd in eenrijige, dubbele rij of aangepaste lageropstellingen.
BMT is sinds 2004 gespecialiseerd in de productie van lagers en levert lageroplossingen voor OEM-fabrikanten, distributeurs en industriële klanten over de hele wereld. Alle hoekcontactkogellagers worden vervaardigd onder ISO 9001 en IATF 16949 gecertificeerde kwaliteitsmanagementsystemen. Productieprocessen omvatten inspectie van grondstoffen, maatmetingen, trillingstests, geluidstests en prestatieverificatie om consistentie en naleving van klantspecificaties te garanderen. Onze productiefaciliteiten hebben ook de leveranciersaudits van Ford Q1 en Bosch doorstaan.
